Tatiana's approach to developing the salon starts right at the core of the business - the people. She believes and invests in staff training and development unlike any other salon in this area. For example every stylist will have at least one day of training per month.
In June 2008, the salon closed its doors for one day whilst all of the staff underwent hands-on training with TV Hairdresser Lee Stafford as well as Stacey Broughton (Director of Training & Education for Lee Stafford Salons). The Vestry staff had individual training on how to deliver six latest hair styles.
It does not end there - our stylists are also receiving instruction on another twenty four of Lee Stafford's hairstyles over the next twelve months.
